Rebirth Fitness School is a one-of-a-kind health and fitness training organisation that is run by a panel of medical doctors. We believe that fitness is not only looking fit externally, but also about taking into account the health of internal organs and other conditions in the body.
BASIC PRINCIPLE
Basic principle of the Rebirth Program: The consultation, training program, and diet regime we provide to the patients are completely based on the information provided in the medical books recommended by WHO and MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA (NATIONAL MEDICAL COMMISSION) and from various medical journals We abide by these resources very strictly to design the training program for an individual. We are completely against the usage of the bodybuilding steroids and focus on helping athletes and bodybuilders achieve their goals naturally without resorting to the use of illegal/banned substances.
